2004 Shiraz

Bronze medal2007 Australian Small Winemakers Show

This 100% varietal table wine firstly presents a dense intensity of colour. Almost black, shading to a deep red/crimson hue. Clear in clarity. The wine aroma has the distinctiveness and concentration of a Bass Valley Estate grown Shiraz - peppery, spicy and blackberry nose.
The richness of these flavours are further sensed and enjoyed on the palate. Complemented by soft textures, weight of fruit, structure and a palate flavour. This wine finishes with a long, warm and satisfying mouth feel. A wine to be enjoyed now or can only grow in stature with time.

2003 Slightly Sparkling Pinot Noir

This slightly sparkling wine firstly presents a fizz, clearing quickly to show a dense, vibrant burgundy colour. The sense of bubbles, prominent with black current, plum and cherry aromas excite the nose. The palate enjoys the soft tingling feel, which incorporates the fruits and associated complexities of the Bass Valley. The fine grain tannins fill the mouth with the softness and silkiness of Pinot noir fruit and the attraction of carbonation. This wine with its lingering finish is to be enjoyed chilled or at cellar temperature.
